I ordered 5 items in Dec. Received. 4 of 5 didn't fit. Returned with THEIR label, THEIR packaging, delivered INSIDE the post office. Now they can't find it and I am out $150 because they say their label wasn't scanned. They won't even hold the file open past 60 days to continue investigation. If you want to throw away your money, shop here. I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
I used to LOVE onestopplus/fullbeauty, I've been a customer for over ten years. However, now I am a lost customer. They have always been slow as far as getting items shipped out but because the prices were so good especially during sales I put up with it. NOT ANYMORE!
I placed an order in May and I knew there would be a delay due to the volume of orders due to covid. Great 7-10 days I get it. However I never received any updates or anything so I called and was told I couldn't cancel my order because it was in process and was supposed to be shipped the next day. I still have not received shipping notification so I used their chat to contact them and was told it could be up to 14 days, okay cool little peeved off but I'll work with it. STILL no shipping update so I called again and was told that if I would have cancelled it during the first phone call (which I was told I couldn't) that all would have been taken care of but now it's "deeper" into processing and nothing can be done as far as canceling the order. Okay fine, I'm fuming by this time and they hit me with "it will be another 3-4 weeks before it ships". I blew a head gasket this is absolutely REDICULOUS! Especially when I can go online to Wal Mart and order the same items at a bit of a higher price and the same brand and have it in 4-6 days!

Horrible customer service. My order had not been processed for almost two weeks and it was impossible to get in contact with customer service. I sent two emails and was on hold for over two hours over three phone calls. The fourth phone call said due to demand they couldn't even take the call! Don't waste your time.

I ordered clothes from them and waited what seemed like an eternity to receive them. None of them fit. I emailed the company and was sent the information to return the clothes. I paid $69 to send the clothes back following the procedure they indicated I should.i went on the internet and spent 1-2 hours and i found their help line which is ...i contacted the company and finally they isuue me a refund after long time

Lousy customer service cannot get anyone on the phone without holding on for over an hour cannot get anyone by chat or messaging and you never know when your items will be shipped or arriving. I don't know what's going on with this company but it is terrible although some of their clothes are very nice but I'm not sure it is worth buying from at this point the frustration is ridiculous.
I have three open orders with OneStopPlus, placed May 19, May 23, and May 30 2021. Today is June 2,2021. I was careful to only select items that were listed as "in stock." As of today, the status is "in process/not yet shipped." After waiting 35 minutes on hold for a customer service representative, I was told that the orders cannot be stopped because the warehouse is in the process of pulling them from the shelves for shipment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I was already speaking to a supervisor. I asked for the supervisor's supervisor and spoke with Linda from Full Beauty. Linda insisted that I did not purchase anything through OneStopPlus, but that my purchases were made through Amazon. I learned that one of my purchases was, in fact, made through Amazon, even though it appears on my order history with OneStopPlus. Linda stated that the other two orders could not be cancelled under any circumstances.
Over and hour on hold to ask why my order placed over 2 weeks ago hasn’t even shipped They won’t let you cancel the order. Their online chat is never available. Very frustrating.
Horrible. Order took forever to ship. While waiting you cannot get any info from customer service other than B.S. DO NOT USE THEIR RETURN LABEL, whatever you do. I dropped off at Post Office, shipper picked up next day (May 11) still no refund, but best of all, once it left post office, no tracking available. Suggest you read other reviews with same complaints before even thinking about ordering here. They should be out of business. I am going to post reviews wherever I can ansd as many times as I can. BEWARE!!STAY AWAY!!!!
I've ordered from Roamans and Woman Within for years. Now that One stop plus has a corner on all of the plus size clothes they have become the worst company to do business with. Shipping takes up to six weeks to arrive. If it ever does arrive. They make you wait two months before they even consider looking into where the shipment went, when it clearly shows in their own tracking that it never left the warehouse. They have one warehouse in Indiana, I live in Michigan. How can they lie to me and tell me that they don't know which shipping company they used. It clearly states on the USPS Informed Delivery site that they requested a shipping label created and they never received the package. If you do call customer service, they yell at you before you get a chance to ask your question. If they ever do arrive at a solution, the item is sold out or one that can't be used due to season change. I'm so fed up with all the "passing the blame to the customer". As of today May 15,2021 they owe me $211.69.
This site(s) used to be my go to. I placed an order on April 20th. Today is May 18th and I STILL don't have it. Spent 45 minutes on hold this past Monday. Was told "It will be shipping out Wednesday or Thursday." Nope. Still showing 'in processing'. Also, I asked for a refund on my shipping ($20), since it's been basically a month. No, they 'don't do that'.
I'm honestly disgusted.
Oh... and they have this big stupid note above your order info saying "Due to COVID" *SHIPPING DELAYS* are happening. 1, it's not May of 2020... I'm pretty sure things aren't still THAT backed up anymore. And 2, they are blaming it on the shipping partners. But... if you haven't processed the order, how is that shippings fault?
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their shipping is higher than anyone else and they take their sweet time getting it to you with no communication whatsoever. I would give them a zero star rate if I could. How are they still in business?
I placed order April 21 2021---all items were in stock--They still have not even processed the order as of
May 10-2021--They must have lost all of their help---By the time they get around to pulling items to ship--Then they will probably be on back order---I had used a promo code--that did not include backorder or clearance items---They won't let you cancel the order--so I will probably be charged the higher price--Alot of items are always on backorder--I only live 3 hrs from their warehouse--but they charge the highest cost for the slowest shipping--It usually takes a month or more to receive anything--I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY---I WOULD SAY IT IS VERY POORLY MANAGED!
They have changed their name to One Stop Plus from Full Beauty. This is the 3rd name I have seen with the same company.
They have always billed me immediately, then a secondary bill hits my account from the individual company my purchase is from. Both holds sit in my bank until the order is processed & one will drop off. But if my order is for $50 then there is a hold for $100. Not cool, they blame my bank, my bank blames them.
I placed an order over a week ago, can't get any information. Unable to chat, they are "all busy with other customers, try again later."
Received a canned response saying they are expecting delays. Call during business hours, placed on hold for 38 mins to get nowhere.
Called this Sunday morning & told that the order is in process & they cannot cancel the order & refund me. I will have to wait until the order arrives & then ship it back to get a refund. I was told that to cancel my order they would have to shut down the warehouse & search for 1 orser through 400k of them.
Doubt seriously there are that many being processed... even so, they should be able to do that with computers. I even explained that I placed an order with Amazon after I placed this order & not only have I received part of the order & when they realized they couldn't get the rest of the order, they not only canceled it but refunded me the expense immediately. However I ordered this time through PayPal & only one change has hit my bank. Wonder how that happened. hmmmm. This truly is my last order.
